Department of Transportation Services (DOTS) is committed to providing all members of the Rutgers community with the best possible solutions for getting around campus safely and easily. The university maintains various parking facilities including permit-controlled lots and decks, access-controlled lots, and restricted assigned lots. Transportation to, from, and on all campuses includes campus transit and shuttle services, walking and bike paths, and public transportation services.

for pick up at the Department of Transportation Services
All Rutgers Commuter student permits will be mailed. If you have
purchased a permit and have not received it prior to start of
classes; you can park according to your permit assignment.
Zone A and Zone B commuter
permits are currently sold out. In addition, all downtown New Brunswick
parking deck cards for Paterson, Morris, Plum and Wellness are also
