| Rutgers Department of Transportation Services measures on-time performance using five minutes early or five minutes late statistics created in our Nextbus system. All figures are based on scheduled departure times that are plotted in our Nextbus system and the system reports when a bus departure is later than scheduled. A month by month on-time performance spreadsheet has been created so passengers can monitor our performance. The monthly performance spreadsheets have been broken down by bus route so that passengers can choose to view only the routes specific to their travel needs. |
